Indian benchmark indices continued to gain strength during the noon trading session supported by buying in index heavyweights including Titan Company Ltd. Infosys Ltd. Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Eternal Ltd. and State Bank of India among others.

At 12:40 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 74616.58 up by 1478.68 points or by 2.02 % and then NSE Nifty was at 22637.9 up by 476.3 points or by 2.15 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 74806.59 and intraday low of 73424.92 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 22654.3 and intraday low of 22270.85

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Titan Company Ltd. (Rs. 3148.65,+4.13%), Infosys Ltd. (Rs. 1451.90,+3.87%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (Rs. 3178.10,+3.49%), Eternal Ltd. (Rs. 216.80,+3.36%), State Bank of India (Rs. 771.55,+3.32%), among others.
