Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and financial data.
• Evaluate investment opportunities by analyzing financial statements, industry reports, and market conditions.
• Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and investment recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and track the performance of investment portfolios and provide regular updates.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes, market developments, and emerging trends.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Any other work assigned by the management

Qualifications :

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A master s degree is preferred.
• NISM certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Research Analyst in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficient in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in equity research or market research.
• Knowledge of portfolio management principles and investment strategies.
