SSPN Finance L - Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

SSPN Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.

Further, Trading Window for trading window for trading in Company's securities by the specified persons shall remain closed from November 10, 2016 to November 16, 2016 ( both days inclusive)
