The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 119.36 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 363.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 67.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.63 per cent at Rs 23,949.69 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24,595.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.54 per cent to Rs 22,166.61 crore from Rs 23,465.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 56.70 per cent at Rs 59.20 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 37.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 57.80 per cent to Rs 1,783.08 crore as against Rs 1,129.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 62.31 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 13.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 211.87 crore, while Taxation increased by 404.49 per cent at Rs 1,116.14 crore (Mar'25 Rs 221.24 crore).
