This is in continuation to our letter dated January 20, 2026 informing about completion of tenure of Mr. Uttam Tibrewal as Whole Time Director (DIN: 01024940) of the Bank on April 18, 2026. \r\n\r\nIn this regard, we wish to inform that Mr. Uttam Tibrewal has completed his term as Whole Time Director from close of business hours on April 18, 2026. He will continue in his capacity as Deputy CEO, leading the Bank's retail business verticals, and increase his focus on on-ground engagement to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the Bank's presence across newer geographies.
