Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS), formerly known as Bartronics India, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore-based UAL Biotech to explore opportunities in sustainable agriculture and rural ecosystem development.
The collaboration will combine ASMS’s rural digital network—spanning over 5,000 villages and reaching nearly 40 million farmers—with UAL Biotech’s eco-friendly biological solutions. The partnership aims to promote regenerative farming practices, enhance agricultural productivity, and support environmentally sustainable solutions across agriculture and allied sectors.
As part of the initiative, both companies will explore the deployment of bio-based agricultural inputs through ASMS’s platform, along with farmer training and advisory programs to encourage adoption at the grassroots level. They also plan to develop traceable, chemical-free supply chains and undertake pilot projects to showcase the benefits of sustainable farming.
The partnership seeks to improve soil health, boost crop yields, reduce dependence on chemical inputs, and support long-term food security and rural economic growth. It will also focus on data-driven and scalable farming models that can be replicated across regions.
Management highlighted that the collaboration aims to build an integrated, sustainable agri-ecosystem by leveraging digital infrastructure and bio-innovation, benefiting both farmers and the environment.
