The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 102.23 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 72.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 41.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.98 per cent at Rs 277.24 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 213.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 55.79 per cent to Rs 194.14 crore from Rs 124.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 262.91 per cent at Rs 66.92 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 18.44 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 6.28 per cent to Rs 83.10 crore as against Rs 88.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 27.90 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 7.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.39 crore, while Taxation increased by 43.45 per cent at Rs 36.12 crore (Mar'25 Rs 25.18 crore).
