We enclose herewith letter dated 1st April 2026 issued by Registrar and Share transfer Agent (RTA) viz. MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly Link Intime India Private Limited). In the said letter, the RTA has certified that the securities received for dematerialization have been confirmed to the depositories and they are listed on BSE Ltd. Further, the certificates have been mutilated and cancelled, and the name of the depositories have been substituted in the Register of Members as registered owners.\r\n\r\n
