We wish to inform you that the meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Adroit\r\nInfotech Limited was held today i.e., Friday, 27th March, 2026 at 3:30 PM, and the Committee has, inter alia,\r\nconsidered and approved the following:\r\n1. Opportunity for Payment of Calls in Arrears\r\nThe Committee noted that pursuant to the Rights Issue of equity shares made in February 2024, certain\r\nshareholders have not paid the First Call and/or Final Call monies on their partly paid-up equity shares.\r\nIn this regard, the Committee has approved providing a final opportunity to such shareholders to pay the\r\noutstanding call monies along with applicable interest thereon.
