We wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held today i.e 26 March, 2026 has inter-alia approved vesting of 1,65,176 ESOPs to eligible employees of the Company under the RKF Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023.
