In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 has allotted 27,87,200 fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each in the ratio 1 : 1 i.e., One bonus equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up for one existing equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date i.e., Tuesday, March 24 2026.
