Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Ashima Limited (\the Company\) has exercised its Call Option for partial early redemption of its Unlisted, Secured, Unrated, Redeemable, Rupee-Denominated, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued under the Debenture Trust Deeds dated 16th March 2023 and 18th April 2024, in accordance with the terms of issue.
