Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit disclosure regarding the fine imposed by BSE Limited on Elitecon International Limited ('Company') for late submission of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31st, 2025, within the period prescribed under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Company shall make the payment of the fine within the timeline prescribed by the Stock Exchanges.
