We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors, in their meeting held today, i.e., Tuesday, 17th March, 2026, at the registered office of the Company, which commenced at 05:00 P.M. and concluded at 05:40 P.M., have considered and approved the receipt of the 3rd tranche of consideration for allotment of Convertible Warrants ('Warrants') issued at a price of Rs. 290.00/- (including a premium of Rs. 280.00/- each and face value of Rs. 10.00/- each), for cash consideration to the person(s)/entity(ies) belonging to the 'Promoter and Promoter Group Category' on a preferential basis, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
