This is with reference to our earlier intimation Ref. No.CO:CS:RC:2025-26:206 dated October 17, 2025, we hereby inform that the Reserve Bank of India vide its letter dated March 16, 2026 has approved the proposal for amendment of Articles of Association of the Bank to amend the article 140B pertaining to Special position of Whole time Director.
