PSB Xchange and WOGOM have enabled a Rs 5,000 crore credit pipeline aimed at strengthening supply chain financing for SMEs and MSMEs across India’s distribution ecosystem.
The integration links WOGOM’s network of over 7,000 retailers with PSB Xchange’s unified digital credit infrastructure, which is backed by 12 Public Sector Banks and powered by Veefin Solutions technology.
Through this collaboration, genuine trade transactions executed on the WOGOM platform will now be connected to institutional, bank-backed financing available via PSB Xchange’s multi-lender working capital ecosystem. The initiative is designed to simplify and accelerate access to working capital by enabling structured financing tied directly to real-time commercial activities.
As adoption grows, more than 2,000 distributors are expected to gradually transition to formal institutional credit channels, subject to onboarding and lender eligibility norms.
WOGOM operates as a digital B2B commerce platform connecting retailers with authorised distributors across India. The platform integrates institutional credit into trade operations, helping businesses address key challenges related to working capital availability, purchasing power, and reliable product sourcing.
PSB Xchange serves as a common digital infrastructure platform that integrates Public Sector Banks and ecosystem partners to standardize onboarding and execution of supply chain finance and working capital programmes. By enabling bank participation through shared technology, the platform ensures structured, transparent financing aligned with actual trade flows.
For businesses, the integration promises faster access to institutional funding, competitive bank lending rates, and significantly reduced paperwork. By linking live transaction data with bank-backed liquidity, the partnership aims to improve credit flow and enhance trust across the retail supply chain ecosystem.
Commenting on the development, Sahil Sikka, Chief Business Officer & Chief Financial Officer at PSB Xchange, said the collaboration strengthens access to formal working capital for retailers and distributors by connecting digital trade ecosystems with Public Sector Bank liquidity.
Ravi Patel, Co-founder of WOGOM, said timely and affordable working capital remains critical for retailers and distributors. He added that eligible partners can now leverage real business transactions to access institutional financing at competitive rates with simplified documentation, improving liquidity and trade confidence.
