Bajaj Auto Limited has informed the Exchange about termination of loan agreement entered into between Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Limited and KTM AG, a step-down subsidiary of Bajaj Auto Limited.
