This is to inform you that a draft order has been passed under section 144(C)(1) of Income Tax Act, 1961 by the Income Tax Department whereby an upward adjustment in income of Rs. 3,84,17,653 been made on account of various points for FY 2022-23 (AY 2023-24) .
