The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 80.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 59.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.87 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.23 per cent at Rs 549.24 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 507.49 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.14 per cent to Rs 457.17 crore from Rs 426.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 353.93 per cent at Rs 33.50 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 7.38 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.26 per cent to Rs 93.60 crore as against Rs 81.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 5.58 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 3.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.31 crore, while Taxation increased by 77.39 per cent at Rs 29.11 crore (Dec'24 Rs 16.41 crore).
