The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.45 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 456.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 88.94 per cent at Rs 88.46 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 46.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 82.29 per cent to Rs 82.94 crore from Rs 45.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 28.57 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 318.94 per cent to Rs 5.53 crore as against Rs 1.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 121.63 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 93.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.89 crore, while Taxation increased by 404.35 per cent at Rs 1.16 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.23 crore).
