The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 60.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.32 per cent at Rs 8.02 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.51 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 24.47 per cent to Rs 7.47 crore from Rs 9.89 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 15.38 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.26 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 66.26 per cent to Rs 0.55 crore as against Rs 1.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 51.27 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 59.52 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.42 crore).
