The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.71 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 28.76 per cent at Rs 18.26 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 33.09 per cent to Rs 14.86 crore from Rs 22.21 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 0.58 per cent to Rs 3.40 crore as against Rs 3.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 39.73 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 23.66 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 42.86 per cent at Rs 0.20 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.35 crore).
