The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.32 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.76 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 88.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.26 per cent at Rs 45.52 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.84 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.20 per cent to Rs 39.49 crore from Rs 39.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 46.67 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.30 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 57.59 per cent to Rs 6.02 crore as against Rs 3.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 48.43 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 214.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.22 crore, while Taxation increased by 136.96 per cent at Rs 1.09 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.46 crore).
