The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 65.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 57.12 per cent at Rs 35.84 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 77.40 per cent to Rs 33.05 crore from Rs 18.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.03 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 33.25 per cent to Rs 2.79 crore as against Rs 4.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 57.42 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 18.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.10 crore, while Taxation increased by 110.00 per cent at Rs 0.63 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.30 crore).
