The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 54.02 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 49.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 9.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.42 per cent at Rs 1,060.72 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 951.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.19 per cent to Rs 964.68 crore from Rs 867.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 2.36 per cent at Rs 15.21 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 14.86 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.85 per cent to Rs 96.04 crore as against Rs 84.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.14 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 21.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 13.93 per cent at Rs 19.71 crore (Dec'24 Rs 17.30 crore).
