The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.08 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.09 per cent at Rs 12.80 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.34 per cent to Rs 13.31 crore from Rs 18.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 446.67 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 304.00 per cent to Rs -0.51 crore as against Rs 0.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 392.59 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 34.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.17 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.04 crore).
