The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.98 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 268.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.45 per cent at Rs 24.95 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.99 per cent to Rs 21.00 crore from Rs 21.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1260.00 per cent at Rs 2.04 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 186.23 per cent to Rs 3.95 crore as against Rs 1.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 159.77 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 1427.27 per cent at Rs 1.68 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.11 crore).
