The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.98 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 21.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.16 per cent at Rs 109.51 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 92.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 18.09 per cent to Rs 99.29 crore from Rs 84.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 33.78 per cent at Rs 0.49 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.74 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 18.84 per cent to Rs 10.22 crore as against Rs 8.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.54 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 1.82 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.11 per cent at Rs 2.42 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.86 crore).
