The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.92 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.71 per cent at Rs 235.61 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 205.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.76 per cent to Rs 220.98 crore from Rs 192.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 43.94 per cent at Rs 0.95 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.66 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.76 per cent to Rs 14.63 crore as against Rs 12.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.80 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 23.27 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.41 crore, while Taxation increased by 7.05 per cent at Rs 1.67 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.56 crore).
