The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.45 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 14.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 840.00 per cent at Rs 2.35 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.25 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1229.17 per cent to Rs 3.19 crore from Rs 0.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 10.28 per cent at Rs 4.29 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.89 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8500.00 per cent to Rs -0.84 crore as against Rs 0.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 993.50 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 40.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 9.78 per cent at Rs 0.83 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.92 crore).
