The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.16 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 48.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.67 per cent at Rs 19.19 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.69 per cent to Rs 18.69 crore from Rs 18.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 346.15 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.13 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 46.81 per cent to Rs 0.50 crore as against Rs 0.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 46.31 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 87.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore
