The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.60 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.07 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 16.58 per cent at Rs 16.60 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.36 per cent to Rs 14.77 crore from Rs 17.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.14 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 18.67 per cent to Rs 1.83 crore as against Rs 2.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.30 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 15.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.59 crore, while Taxation decreased by 51.06 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.47 crore).
