The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.29 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 39.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 27.35 per cent at Rs 216.56 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 170.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 34.53 per cent to Rs 200.85 crore from Rs 149.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 340.54 per cent at Rs 3.26 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.74 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 24.29 per cent to Rs 15.71 crore as against Rs 20.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 40.57 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 9.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.45 crore, while Taxation decreased by 28.03 per cent at Rs 1.90 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.64 crore).
