The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.60 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.42 per cent at Rs 92.58 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 80.91 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.64 per cent to Rs 86.11 crore from Rs 77.83 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 110.06 per cent to Rs 6.47 crore as against Rs 3.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 83.95 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 22.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.38 crore, while Taxation decreased by 51.52 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.66 crore).
