The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.92 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.50 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 56.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.28 per cent at Rs 36.40 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 33.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.79 per cent to Rs 29.60 crore from Rs 27.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 40.74 per cent at Rs 0.76 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.54 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 27.58 per cent to Rs 6.80 crore as against Rs 5.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.74 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 10.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 39.76 per cent at Rs 1.16 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.83 crore).
