The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 52.49 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 34.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 54.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 46.02 per cent at Rs 1,992.77 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,364.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 45.88 per cent to Rs 1,950.76 crore from Rs 1,337.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 57.35 per cent at Rs 40.33 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 25.63 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 52.43 per cent to Rs 42.01 crore as against Rs 27.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.46 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 25.72 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.14 crore, while Taxation increased by 85.39 per cent at Rs 19.41 crore (Dec'24 Rs 10.47 crore).
