The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.32 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 52.05 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.89 per cent at Rs 382.98 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 406.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.42 per cent to Rs 370.69 crore from Rs 383.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 59.46 per cent at Rs 0.60 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.48 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 46.91 per cent to Rs 12.29 crore as against Rs 23.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 43.59 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 60.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.66 crore, while Taxation increased by 40.78 per cent at Rs 1.45 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.03 crore).
