The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.21 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 52.84 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.38 per cent at Rs 107.12 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 93.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.25 per cent to Rs 89.30 crore from Rs 81.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 49.15 per cent at Rs 2.64 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.77 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 49.62 per cent to Rs 17.82 crore as against Rs 11.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 30.82 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 47.35 per cent at Rs 3.89 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.64 crore).
