The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.15 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.11 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 86.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.45 per cent at Rs 78.29 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 77.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.79 per cent to Rs 73.44 crore from Rs 70.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 6.00 per cent at Rs 0.53 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.50 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 24.49 per cent to Rs 4.84 crore as against Rs 6.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 25.51 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 15.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 95.76 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.18 crore).
