The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.40 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 16.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.20 per cent at Rs 77.13 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 59.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 34.21 per cent to Rs 67.59 crore from Rs 50.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1100.00 per cent at Rs 2.04 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.17 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.42 per cent to Rs 9.55 crore as against Rs 8.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.47 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 21.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.84 crore, while Taxation increased by 118.03 per cent at Rs 1.33 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.61 crore).
