The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.19 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 47.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.81 per cent at Rs 15.92 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.31 per cent to Rs 15.00 crore from Rs 14.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 85.71 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.28 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.81 per cent to Rs 0.93 crore as against Rs 0.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.19 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 11.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.37 crore, while Taxation increased by 450.00 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.04 crore).
