The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.57 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.20 per cent at Rs 46.09 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 44.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.73 per cent to Rs 31.89 crore from Rs 34.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 76.73 per cent at Rs 0.64 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.75 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 35.50 per cent to Rs 14.20 crore as against Rs 10.48 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 31.43 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 80.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 9.30 per cent at Rs 3.29 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.01 crore).
