The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.33 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 58.52 per cent at Rs 817.77 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 515.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 61.54 per cent to Rs 768.40 crore from Rs 475.66 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 6.59 per cent at Rs 4.69 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.40 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.75 per cent to Rs 49.37 crore as against Rs 40.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.56 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 98.19 per cent y-o-y to Rs 14.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 11.35 per cent at Rs 7.85 crore (Dec'24 Rs 7.05 crore).
