The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 198.51 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 219.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.66 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.02 per cent at Rs 778.97 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 695.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.78 per cent to Rs 454.86 crore from Rs 392.86 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 15.32 per cent at Rs 31.09 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 26.96 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.13 per cent to Rs 324.11 crore as against Rs 302.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.37 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 1.51 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.91 crore, while Taxation increased by 24.23 per cent at Rs 89.84 crore (Dec'24 Rs 72.32 crore).
