The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.57 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 32.94 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.06 per cent at Rs 91.24 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 101.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.56 per cent to Rs 83.24 crore from Rs 96.30 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 55.53 per cent to Rs 8.01 crore as against Rs 5.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 72.83 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 107.27 per cent at Rs 2.28 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.10 crore).
