The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.32 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 57.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.29 per cent at Rs 98.74 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 94.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.54 per cent to Rs 91.85 crore from Rs 84.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.51 per cent to Rs 6.89 crore as against Rs 10.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 34.43 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 15.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 28.87 per cent at Rs 1.01 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.42 crore).
