The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 168.02 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 545.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 69.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.76 per cent at Rs 446.21 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 617.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1121.35 per cent to Rs 95.19 crore from Rs -9.32 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 82.22 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.90 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 44.01 per cent to Rs 351.02 crore as against Rs 626.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.50 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 691.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 63.41 crore, while Taxation increased by 56.80 per cent at Rs 117.60 crore (Dec'24 Rs 75.00 crore).
