The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.75 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 50.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 41.26 per cent at Rs 28.35 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.55 per cent to Rs 25.77 crore from Rs 18.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 30.38 per cent at Rs 1.03 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.79 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 77.40 per cent to Rs 2.59 crore as against Rs 1.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 25.24 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 40.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.45 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
