The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.94 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 203.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.81 per cent at Rs 15.64 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 35.40 per cent to Rs 13.31 crore from Rs 9.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 10.00 per cent at Rs 0.33 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.30 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 281.97 per cent to Rs 2.33 crore as against Rs 0.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 153.66 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 231.58 per cent at Rs 0.63 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.19 crore).
