The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.05 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 79.29 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.87 per cent at Rs 107.45 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 99.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.06 per cent to Rs 104.75 crore from Rs 111.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 253.25 per cent at Rs 2.72 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.77 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 122.61 per cent to Rs 2.69 crore as against Rs -11.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 120.92 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 55.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 103.73 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore (Dec'24 Rs -6.43 crore).
